Toshia Jordan is married to Jamie and has two children. She is a native of Taylorsville, North Carolina and has lived in Fuquay Varina since 2009. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Exercise and Sport Science and Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also received her Master of Science Degree in Health Promotion from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
She worked at the Center for Health and Healing as a Project Coordinator for a Youth Tobacco Prevention Photovoice Project called Picture Me Tobacco Free. Later, she became the Tobacco-Free Environments Project Manager promoting Tobacco-Free Church Ground policies. Both programs partnered with churches across NC to promote change. She has a passion for helping others and is excited about being the Substance Use Prevention Coalition Coordinator for Fuquay-Varina.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and relaxing.
